①修正ファイル

wp-content/themes/twentytenのstyle.css

②修正箇所

#content textarea {
color: #333;
font-size: 16px;
line-height: 24px;
}

font-sizeを次のように変更する。

#content textarea {
 color: #333;
 font-size: 14px;
 line-height: 24px;
}
